Do private and custom tours cost more than your normal shared tours?

Not always! The cost of your private or custom experience will depend on many factors including your group size, included activities, accommodation and estimated hours of service from your guide.

When will I hear back about my quote?

We try to respond to all inquiries in a timely and prompt manner, usually within 24-48 hours. Please note that the more detailed information we have, the more accurate your initial quote will be.

Can a guide accompany me on all activities?

You’re welcome to let us know the level of involvement you’d like from your guide, which may or may not influence the cost of your experience. If you’d like more in-depth guiding, keep in mind that we must abide by DOT regulations and commercial driver’s Hours of Service. We will take care of the planning to make sure this is factored in.

What types of transportation can I choose from?

We specialize in small group travel, utilizing our fleet of 15 and 24-passenger mini-coaches, which we operate with alternative biofuel. That said, the sky’s the limit – literally! We can arrange chartered planes, boats, bicycles, helicopters, motor coaches, river rafts, or just about anything you can think of.
