Valley of Fire Tour

The amazing “Valley of Fire,” named for its red colored rock formations, is the largest and oldest state park in Nevada. Designated a National Natural Landmark in 1968, these striking sandstone features were formed during the age of the dinosaurs.

Once the spiritual center of the ancient Anasazi, the area is home to an abundance of stunning rock formations and Native American art (petroglyphs and pictographs). This journey back 3000 years in time is a must see when visiting Las Vegas. On this tour, discover the Great Anasazi “Lost City” Museum which is built over (to protect) the foundations of ancient Anasazi Pueblo ruins. The displays of pottery, baskets, arrowheads, tools, mystical ancient petroglyphs & pictographs and other priceless artifacts is wonderful.

This tour of early Native American life is truly the Jewel of the American Southwest and the scenery is a photographers dream come true.

Your tour picks up between 6:30 – 7:30am at most Las Vegas Strip hotels. You will return to your hotel at approximately 3:00pm.

Valley of Fire

You’re on your way to see Nevada’s oldest state park, Valley of Fire. Upon arrival, be amazed by the illuminating colors of these ancient rock formations.
