Why We Love this Tour

“The Grand Canyon South Rim has a special place in my heart. There are amazing hiking trails for all levels of hikers and great rangers talks. This is a great park to see the critically endangered California Condor, as well as Elk and Big Horned Sheep. There’s definitely something for everyone at the Grand Canyon.”

Overview

Grand Canyon South Rim Bus Tour

The South Rim lies in Grand Canyon National Park, one of the most popular national parks in America. This tour allows you to visit this amazing park in a comfortable motorcoach. After leaving Las Vegas you will pass the blue waters of Lake Mead, the largest man-made reservoir in the United States, and drive through the Mojave Desert en route to the Grand Canyon State.

Just before entering the park, you will stop for lunch at the National Geographic Visitor’s Center. Once at the Grand Canyon, you will enjoy a guided tour that focuses on three different viewpoints, including stops at the deepest and widest points of the South Rim.

Itinerary

Sample Itinerary

Pick ups from most Las Vegas Strip hotels will be between 5:30 – 6:15am. The tour will conclude around approximately 9:30pm.

En Route to the Grand Canyon

Next, we drive through various desert ecosystems en route to the Grand Canyon, passing the extinct volcano “Fortification Hill.”

Before entering the park, you will stop at the National Geographic Visitor’s Center for lunch (included), where you can choose to watch the IMAX Grand Canyon Discovery & Adventure movie or sign up for a flight-seeing trip over the Grand Canyon (both optional, additional cost).

South Rim of the Grand Canyon

Continuing on through Arizona, we arrive at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. This tour has photo stops at the widest and deepest points of the South Rim (21 miles across, 8400 feet deep). You will have ample time to take photographs and admire the amazing vistas and rock formations that make the Grand Canyon so impressive.

Felt Like Friends Rather than Customers

I wanted to send a quick note to express my gratitude for the superb service of our tour guide driver James on the tour to The Grand Canyon. I took my mother on a post-mother’s day vacation to Las Vegas and I am so happy that I decided to use your company! James made the trip exciting. He was very knowledgeable about the city and was very entertaining the entire bus ride. He made everyone laugh. His warm, playful spirit was infectious and made all the passengers feel like we were friends rather than customers. We really had a great time and appreciate his excellent customer service! He made my mother very happy and she said “it was the best tour she’s ever been on!”. I will recommend your tours to all of my friends and family that are planning to visit Las Vegas! THANK YOU!
